Product Description
We supply 5 Axis CNC Stone Cutting Machine for processing Marble, Granite, Quartz Stone, Ceramic, Porcelain, and other materials. It's a fully Automatic Machine, after taking a picture and applying the design sketch to the system, the machinery will start working automatically. Operators can process various forms of Chamfering and 2/2.5D shaping, such as Arc line shaping and chamfering and Wave line shaping and chamfering, with the function of photo layout.
It adopts CNC control system, which can realize manual programming or automatic programming with ease. It can easily perform Transversal Cuts, Longitudinal Cuts, Orthogonal Cuts, arc Cuts, Circle Cuts, concave-convex Shaping,etc., is a necessary stone machine for stone processing factories.
We provide OEM/ODM service. Italian Esa System is optional.

1. #35 Guide Rail
It is a heavy-duty machine.
It adopts #35 Guide Rail for Y axis and Z axis, enables production for maximum 15cm Granite slabs.
(For processing Thick&Hard Stone slabs, 35mm Guide Rail is a safer choice, which ensures the long lifetime of the machine. )
2. With A Group of Rotating Cylinders
With A Group of Rotating Cylinders to press piecework during milling work. Specially Designed by our factory to make Milling Work Accurate and precise.
The A axis can automatically rotate 0-90°, while the C axis can rotate up to 360°.
4. Worktable Turnover 85°
This worktable can be flipped over 85° to load slabs easily.
6. Suction Cups are Equipped
The machine has Suction Cups to move slabs automatically.If the blade-cutting path conflicts, the suction cups can help.
7. Four-Side Chamfering with Range 3500X 2000mm
This machine has excellent four-side chamfering function, with excellent chamfering range 3500x2000mm.
8. Industrial Computer with Touch-Screen
This Machine has an industrial computer and a 17" color touch-screen.
9. CNC System and Built-in Library
The system has a built-in library of conventional-shaped drawings and also supports DXF format imports from designer or countertop measuring gauges.
10. With Automatic Tool Setting Gauge
An automatic tool setting gauge is equipped that automatically checks the blade.
11. 22-KW Permanent Magnet Motor
The (5+1)A type with a self-developed 22-KW permanent magnet motor, which can cut along with the thickness of the workpieces, automatically adjusting the output power, strength, is power-saving and environment-protective.
