This is a heavy-duty 5 axis CNC bridge saw for Processing Granite, Marble. Artificial Stone, Sintered Stone, etc.
 

It is a high-end 5 axis CNC bridge saw for Processing Granite, Marble. Artificial Stone, Sintered Stone, etc. A Camera is equiped to position Plates automatically and show the Producing Procedure. The Machine Head can rotate 0~360°, Tile 0~90°, enable Processing at various Angles and shapes. It adopts CNC system, together with an industrial Computer, makes stone Production totally automatic. Operators can Cutting stone easily:

 

1. Put the Plate on the Worktable

The worktable can tilt up to 85° automatically for easy loading.

 

2. Position Plates

The camera will automatically position plate, together with Auto thickness probe, it can calculate the size of the slabs automatically.

 

3. Import Design Drawings.

You can Import DXF File to the computer, or Choose Conventional shapes from Build-in Liabrary of Shapes. The machine will generate the best Cutting steps and paths automatically.

 

4. Press Start Button.

The Milling Cutter, Camera, Cylinders, Saw Blade, Suction Cups will cooperate and and start working automatically; The Vacuum Suction Cups will help move stone pieces if cutting paths conflicts.

It is a heavy-duty machine. 

It adopts #35 Guide Rail for Y axis and Z axis,  enables production for maximum 15cm Granite slabs. 

(For processing Thick&Hard Stone slabs, 35mm Guide Rail is a safer choice, which ensures the long lifetime of the machine. )

With A Group of Rotating Cylinders to press piecework during milling work. Specially Designed by our factory to make Milling Work Accurate and precise.

The A axis can automatically rotate 0-90°, while the C axis can rotate up to 360°.

 

4. Worktable Turnover 85°

This worktable can be flipped over 85° to load slabs easily.

 

6. Suction Cups are Equipped

The machine has Suction Cups to move slabs automatically.If the blade-cutting path conflicts, the suction cups can help.
